Singuist maintains a strict commercial policy that distinguishes between premium paid accounts and complimentary free tier accounts to balance system resource costs with user privacy:

Premium & Paid Tier Protection: Singuist guarantees that for any user with an active paid subscription or purchased credit history, your personal information, language preferences, usage metrics, and tracking data are handled with total commercial privacy. We do not sell, rent, license, or share the data of paid users to third-party advertisers or commercial brokers for external marketing purposes.

Free Tier Commercial Rights & The 12-Month Clock: For users utilizing our services on a complimentary or free-tier basis without a recorded financial transaction, Singuist reserves the right to introduce targeted third-party advertising, sponsored content, and commercial marketing networks. If a free-tier user remains on the platform for twelve (12) months and one (1) day without executing a paid transaction (such as buying credits or updating to a premium tier), Singuist explicitly reserves the right to monetize anonymized data trends, device parameters, and usage metadata through authorized advertising partnerships.

The 12-Month Clock Reset: The 12-Month Clock resets to zero immediately upon any successful paid purchase or subscription renewal, instantly transferring the user account back into the protected Premium Non-Commercial privacy tier.

2. What Kind of Data Is Collected?

Our company may collect the following set of data and information:

• Personal identification information (name, gender, age, physical address, email address, phone number)
• Images, audio recordings, and videos uploaded or captured via your device camera/gallery
• Time, usage duration, and interaction metrics within our application

Artificial Intelligence & Audio Synthesis Providers: When you utilize our song generation features, the language phrases, custom prompt text, and target languages you input are securely transmitted to our third-party AI audio generation provider, Treblo (operated by Sonauto, Inc.), to dynamically compose your audio track. This provider may process and use anonymized text inputs solely to provide, maintain, and train their underlying language and audio models. Singuist does not transmit your personally identifiable information (such as your financial records, legal name, or account password) to our AI processing vendors.

Administrative & Financial Processors: When processing a paid order or credit subscription, Singuist may transmit your payment data to credit card processing networks and banking agencies to prevent fraudulent transactions. General workflow automation tools (including but not limited to CRM/ZAPIER/AIRTABLE/TAWKTO) may be utilized for secure customer support management.

6. How Is the Data Stored & Secured?

Our company securely stores your data using technical servers located in France (Europe). We maintain your data for as long as legally permitted or until an explicit erasure request is made and approved by the user. Once the storage window expires, data is purged using strict ethical standards.

Data Security Breach Shield & Limited Remedy

Singuist takes reasonable technical precautions, firewalls, and data procedures to protect our site and user information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of an unauthorized data breach, system hack, server infiltration, or inadvertent data leak caused by malicious external actors, Singuist's total financial liability to any affected user for non-willful statutory or compensatory data damages shall be strictly limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, capped at the total amount of service fees paid by that specific user to Singuist during the six (6) months immediately preceding the breach event. Users agree that any additional administrative or financial remedies shall be provided solely at the discretion of the company.

If you have agreed to receive marketing emails or promotional communications, you may always opt out at any time. You have the right to halt Singuist from contacting you for marketing purposes. To immediately exercise your opt-out rights, please transmit a blank message to: STOP@singuistapp.com.
